With no doubt, this end of 2013 will be viewed in the future as the rock bottom price in the Spanish property market history, and those who bought during this period will be remembered as the wise ones, waiting patiently to purchase at the right time.
All figures indicate that the Spanish Economy is coming out of this awful crisis and next Year we will see recovery signs and so for price increasements.
