Our View of the Property Market in Spain
We have seen the prices fall to amounts similar to those seen 6 years ago in the Spanish property market, prices ranging between 40 and 60% discounts from the original, but currently the financial experts are all saying the same thing; the prices have finally hit the bottom, they can no longer go any further down!!!
The good news for the foreign market intending to purchase on the Spanish Coasts is that these rock bottom prices will remain for the next 6 months to one year, as the economy in Spain will not recover as quickly as the stronger European countries.
This allows people who have been waiting for the right time to search for an overseas property to now find their dream home in Spain at an affordable price
Is it a good time to purchase? definitely YES! because we can guarantee the value hasn't been better in the last 6 years.

It looks as if the property market is recovering, drop by drop, to Spain.
This Year 2010 is going to be a difficult year for many people and the Property Market is not going to be different.
